Wild Rice Chicken Salad
Wild Rice Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice/long grain rice, 1 lb. boneless, cooked chicken breasts, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. mayo and 1 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare rice as directed on package.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Cut chicken into cubes.
In small bowl, mix salt, mayo, milk and lemon.
In large bowl, mix chicken, grapes, celery, cashews, onion and chilled rice.
Fold in mayo mixture. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
Serves 8 to 10.
