Wild Rice Casserole
Wild Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 c. chopped ripe olives, 2 c. chopped canned tomatoes (undrained), 1 c. mushrooms, drained and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and mix together.
In a large, greased baking dish, place mixture and top with grated cheese. Bake, covered, for 45 to 75 minutes until rice is cooked.
