Wild Rice Casserole
Wild Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 1 c. wild rice, 1/2 c. slivered toasted almonds, 2 tbsp. each: green onions, green peppers and chives and 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put all ingredients except broth in heavy frypan and cook until rice turns a slight transparent color or yellow, stirring constantly.
Place in a casserole dish with the broth.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 hour.
