Wild Rice Bread
Wild Rice Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1 c. lukewarm milk, 2 tbsp. honey or sugar and 3/4 c. powdered milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Heat milk to lukewarm; add honey.
Stir to dissolve.
Add to ingredients.
Stir in dry milk and oil.
Stir in flour and cooked rice.
Pour dough onto floured surface; knead in flour (dough is slightly sticky because of rice).
Place in greased bowl.
Cover.
Let rise in warm place until double.
Turn out on lightly floured surface.
Knead well. Place in 2 loaf pans.
