Wild Rice-Apple Stuffing
Wild Rice-Apple Stuffing is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. margarine, vegetable cooking spray, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 c. finely chopped unpeeled granny smith apples and 2 c. cooked wild rice (cooked without salt or fat), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt margarine over medium heat in a large skillet coated with cooking spray.
Add celery and onion; saute 3 minutes.
Add apple; saute 5 minutes or until apple is tender.
Combine apple mixture, rice and remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole; stir well.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake 5 minutes.
