Wiggly Fruit is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. (1 envelope) unflavored gelatin, 2 c. unsweetened fruit juice (not fresh pineapple) and 2 to 3 c. sliced fruit, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup juice in bowl.
Measure another 1/2 cup juice and bring to a boil.
Add hot juice to gelatin mixture, stirring until all of the gelatin is dissolved.
Add remaining juice and chill until it begins to set.
Add fruit; stir and chill until firm.
