Wiener Schnitzel
Wiener Schnitzel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. veal round steak cutlets (1/2-inch thick), 1 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut veal into 6 serving-size pieces.
Coat cutlets with a mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Dip into a blend of egg and milk.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes to "seal" coating.
Melt the butter in a large skillet.
Add the cutlets. Cook over medium heat until browned and tender, about 20 minutes on each side.
Remove cutlets to a warm serving platter.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and top each portion with fried egg.
