Wiener Creole
Wiener Creole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, diced, 1/2 medium bell pepper, diced or cut into thin strips, 1/4 c. diced celery, 1 tbsp. margarine and 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook onion, pepper and celery in margarine until soft (about 5 minutes) over low heat.
Add tomato sauce, water, sugar, chili powder and salt.
Stir well.
Add franks; let simmer.
