Whole Wheat Bread

Mix yeast, sugar and water.
Set aside to proof.
Combine whole wheat flour, 1 1/2 cups bread flour, salt and dry milk.
Add butter, honey and molasses to proofed yeast mixture.
Add flour mixture to yeast mixture gradually, mixing thoroughly.
Add the remaining bread flour until dough becomes firm.
Knead on floured surface until elastic (10 to 15 minutes).
Place in oiled bowl. Cover and let rise until double.
Punch down.
Knead 5 minutes; cut into 2 equal parts.
Let rest 5 minutes.
Shape into loaves.
Place in greased pans.
Cover and let rise until double.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
