Whole Baked Trout is an easy dinner. Made with 4 fresh trout, cleaned, do not remove heads, 1/4 c. margarine or butter and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Melt margarine over medium heat.
Add lemon juice.
Remove head.
Place trout in 9 x 13-inch baking pan; pour margarine mixture over trout.
Bake 15 minutes at 325Β°.
Remove from oven; baste trout with margarine mixture.
Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
