White Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 3 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. hot milk and dash of cayenne (if desired), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour.
Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles for about 3 minutes.
Do not brown.
Remove from heat; add salt, milk and cayenne.
Stir rapidly with wooden spoon or with wire whisk.
Cook over medium heat until sauce bubbles, stirring constantly.
Cook 1 more minute.
