White Mountain Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. evaporated milk, 1/4 c. white corn syrup, 3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place milk, corn syrup, sugar and salt in a deep saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, to a soft ball (238Β°).
Add margarine and vanilla.
Cool slightly.
With the back of a wooden spoon, work the hot fudge up the sides of the pan until mixture thickens. Add nuts.
Pour into well-greased pan.
