White Gingerbread
White Gingerbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. buttermilk and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter and sugar.
Add flour and mix until crumbly.
Set aside 1 1/2 cups of the crumbs.
Stir the spices into the sugar and flour mixture, then add the milk, soda and eggs.
Beat thoroughly.
Spray a 9 x 14-inch pan with cooking spray, then sprinkle 1/2 of the reserved crumbs on the bottom of the pan. Pour in batter, then sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
