White Clam Sauce
White Clam Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. oil, 2 cans minced clams, 3 small garlic cloves, chopped, 1 tbsp. parsley and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place oil in frying pan with garlic.
Simmer.
Drain the juice from cans of clams into a cup.
Pour 1/2 cup of clam juice into pan.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add rest of clam juice, clams, parsley and water.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve over linguini.
