In large bowl, combine first five ingredients; set aside.
In microwave safe bowl, heat chips and oil on medium high 2 minutes. Stirring over. Microwave on high for 10 seconds; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and mix well. Spread onto three wax paper lined baking sheets. Cool and break apart. Stir into airtight container. Yields 5 quarts.
