White Chocolate Fudge
White Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. butter, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème and 1 2/3 c. white chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a heavy saucepan, bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Cook until mixture reaches 234° (soft ball stage) on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat; stir in Marshmallow crème, chocolate chips and nuts until they are melted.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Cool before cutting.
