White Chocolate Cookies
White Chocolate Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cream butter, shortening and sugars; beat until light and fluffy.
Add egg and mix well.
Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.
Blend in vanilla; stir in chocolate and nuts.
Chill for 1 hour.
Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
Let stand a few minutes before removing.
