White Chocolate Cake
White Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine, 4 eggs, 2 1/2 c. cake flour (i use plain) and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together the butter and sugar until light.
Add melted chocolate, then the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together.
Then add to the batter alternately with the buttermilk, beating well.
Fold in pecans and coconut.
Pour into two greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
(I bake in 3 pans until done, about 25 minutes.)
