White Chocolate Cake

Melt white chocolate water; cool. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add egg yolks, one at a beating well after each addition. Add melted white chocolate and vanilla.
Sift flour and baking soda together; alternately buttermilk to creamed mixture. Gently fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
