White Chili(Low-Fat) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 onions, cooked until tender, 4 (15.8 oz.) cans great northern beans, 1 tbsp. chopped garlic, 2 lb. cooked chicken, chopped (canned may be used) and 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chili peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook onions in large pot until tender.
Add seasonings and peppers.
Stir well.
Add chicken, beans and broth and bring to a boil.
Simmer until ready to eat.
(Better if prepared the day before and refrigerated.)
