White Chili
White Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 (16 oz.) cans great northern white beans, 4 c. chopped, cooked chicken breast, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 medium onions (chopped) and 4 minced garlic cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute onions in oil till translucent.
Add garlic, chilies, cumin, oregano, and cayenne; cook 2 more minutes.
Add beans (with liquid) and broth; bring to boil.
Reduce heat.
Add chicken and cheese.
Stir till cheese melts.
(If cheese is not done just right, it will be stringy.)
Season with salt and pepper.
Ladle into bowls.
Garnish with a dollop of sour cream.
