Wheat Salad
Wheat Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. wheat, soaked overnight, cooked 1 1/4 hours with salt, then cooled, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding, 1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained) and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In mixing bowl, put cream cheese.
Sprinkle pudding over it and mix.
Add lemon juice and pineapple and mix.
Fold in wheat, nuts and Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
