Western Hash
Western Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, 1 can tomatoes and 1/2 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown ground beef in a small amount of oil. When ground beef is brown, drain.
Add onion and bell pepper.
When onion is done, add rice and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. If mixture gets too dry before rice is tender, add more tomatoes.
When rice is tender, put the cheese on top and let melt.
