Welsh Rabbit
Welsh Rabbit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. american cheese, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter.
Add cheese which has been cut into small pieces. Cook over hot water, stirring until cheese melts.
Add salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour in milk, slowly.
Add beaten eggs until mixture gets thick.
Serve over toast.
