Weight Watchers Nightmare
Weight Watchers Nightmare is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 32 large marshmallows, 1/2 c. strong coffee, 1 pkg. graham crackers, 3 or 4 bananas and 1 pt. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Pour coffee in a large saucepan.
Add marshmallows; stir over low heat until it's a syrup.
Whip cream; fold into syrup. Line an 8 x 8 x 3-inch dish with graham crackers, then a layer of banana slices.
Pour half of syrup mixture, then layer graham crackers, sliced bananas and other half of mixture.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Refrigerate.
