Watergate Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio nut instant pudding (dry), 1 (9 oz.) container cool whip, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple (including juice), 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
