Watercress Fish Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 c. milk, 1 tsp. steak sauce and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Gradually add milk and cook until thickened.
Add additional milk if sauce is too thick.
Stir in steak sauce and season with salt and pepper. Blend in watercress.
