Water Whip Pie Crust is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. spry, 1/4 c. boiling water, 1 tbsp. milk, 2 c. sifted flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Pour the Spry, boiling water and milk into a bowl and mix. Then beat until like whipped cream and holds peaks.
Stir in the flour and salt and mix until it makes a ball and cleans the sides of the bowl.
Pick up and work into a smooth ball.
Shape into a flat round.
The dough is ready to roll between waxed paper or on a floured board.
Enough for a 9-inch, 2-crust pie.
