Warm Potato Salad
Warm Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. potatoes, cubed, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. mustard and 1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook potatoes and cube.
Mix together the onion, pepper and mustard and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
The ham; save broth. Tear ham into chunks and add to potatoes and onion.
Stir ham broth and cider vinegar into potatoes.
Simmer for 10 more minutes.
Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes.
Add sour cream.
