Wanda'S Hot Chocolate is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 qt.) instant powdered milk, 3 lb. nestle quik chocolate, 1 (16 oz.) coffee-mate or other cream (dry form) and 1 1/2 boxes powdered sugar (1 1/2 lb.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
