"Waldorf" Turkey Salad
"Waldorf" Turkey Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. skinned, boned, cooked turkey, cut into cubes, 1 c. diced celery, 1 large mcintosh apple, cored and cut into cubes, 2 doz. seedless red grapes, cut lengthwise into halves and 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine first 4 ingredients in large salad bowl.
In a small bowl, blend yogurt, mayonnaise and broth mix.
Pour over salad and toss to coat thoroughly.
Sprinkle salad with sunflower seeds. Chill until ready to serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
