Waldorf Crown Salad
Waldorf Crown Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 1 c. cubed apples and 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in cold water.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in apples, celery and nuts.
Pour into 5 cup ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold and surround with lettuce.
Fill center with Regal Dressing.
Garnish with apple slices and walnut half, if desired.
