Vinegar Roll
Vinegar Roll is an moderately easy baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Roll pastry into rectangle.
Slice butter and scatter pats all over pastry.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll pastry as you would for a jelly roll, starting on long side of rectangle.
Curve roll around inside greased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
Mix sugar, vinegar and water.
Pour over roll.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes or until slightly browned and syrup is bubbly and beginning to thicken. Serve as is or with heavy cream.
