Vidalia Onion Pie

Saute onions in butter and pour into bowl.
Combine eggs and sour cream.
Add to onions and butter.
Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Pour into unbaked pie shell or pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 325° for 20 minutes or until done.
