Vidalia Onion Pie
Vidalia Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick margarine, 2 tbsp. margarine, 3/4 c. milk, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1 c. grated sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine.
Stir in 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers.
Put in pie plate.
In frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons margarine and put in 2 cups of sliced Vidalia onions.
Saute until soft.
Pour in pie shell.
Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour on top of onions.
Sprinkle 1 cup grated sharp cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
