Vera's Dijon Herb Chicken
Vera'S Dijon Herb Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute chicken in butter in a skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.
Remove chicken to a serving platter. Reserve pan drippings in skillet.
Keep chicken warm.
Add lemon juice and next 3 ingredients to pan drippings.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Stir in chives and parsley.
Pour over chicken.
Yields 8 servings.
