Venison Stroganoff
Venison Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. venison steak, sliced, 1/4 c. flour, 1/4 c. butter, 1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained and 1/2 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Flour and brown meat in skillet.
Add mushrooms and onions and brown slightly.
Add beef broth.
Cover and cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
