Venison Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. cubed venison, 2 pkg. frozen mixed veggies, 3 or 4 peeled potatoes, cubed, 2 cans beef broth and 2 cans stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix together all ingredients in large stew pot, adding enough water to achieve desired consistency between
Soup or thick stew. Simmer on low to medium-low for 3 or 4 hours.
