Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla; slowly add hot milk.
Pour into unbaked shell.
Dash top with nutmeg.
Bate at 475° for 5 minutes and then at 425° for 10 minutes or until tester inserted in center of custard comes out clean.
Very, very good!
This bakes in 15 minutes and the crust isn't soaked.
