Velvet Salad
Velvet Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. marshmallows, 1 c. hot milk, 1 pkg. yellow gelatin, 1 c. hot water and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve marshmallows in hot milk.
Let cool.
Dissolve yellow gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
Let cool.
Combine yellow gelatin and marshmallows with cream cheese, whipped cream, yogurt and pineapple.
Pour into a large pan and refrigerate to set. Dissolve red gelatin in 2 cups hot water.
Let cool.
Pour on yellow gelatin and marshmallow mixture.
Refrigerate to set.
