Veggie Pizza
Veggie Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. pillsbury crescent rolls, 1 c. grated carrots, 1 c. chopped green peppers, 1/2 c. sliced olives and 1 c. broccoli florets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Recipe is for a large Texas sheet cake pan.
Press crescent roll dough onto bottom of pan. Bake at 350Β° for 7 to 8 minutes. Let cool.
Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and Hidden Valley dry dressing.
Spread over rolls.
Sprinkle vegetables over top of cream cheese. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Chill for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
Cut into squares.
