Made with 1/2 cup prepared pizza sauce, 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms, 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced, 1 medium green or red bell pepper, diced and 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 400. Place muffins on baking dish.
Spread two Tbsp of pizza sauce in the center of English muffin halves.
Arrange veggies over sauce.
