Vegetable Stew
Vegetable Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato sauce, 1 large onion, 6 medium carrots, 1 cauliflower and 1 bunch broccoli, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.
Put the vegetable oil into a saucepan.
Add the onions and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, peppers and salt.
Leave it on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the vegetables and 2 cups of water and let simmer until soft and tender.
Do not overcook the vegetables.
Serve with fried rice plantain or cooked rice.
