Vegetable Spaghetti
Vegetable Spaghetti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. zucchini, chunked, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. celery, diced, 1 c. carrot, thinly sliced and 1 c. mushrooms, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute vegetables in butter.
Cook spaghetti.
In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, layer 1/2 spaghetti sauce, vegetables, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers.
Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
