Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. beef shank, 1 tbsp. salt, potatoes, 1 can yellow beans and 1 qt. tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil beef shank in water.
Remove scum.
Add salt, bay leaves, peppers, tomatoes and onions.
Simmer until tomatoes flake (1 1/2 to 2 hours).
Add celery, potatoes and carrots.
Boil 1/2 hour longer, then add beans, cabbage and macaroni.
Boil for 1/2 hour more.
