Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. stew meat, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In 4-quart pan, melt margarine over medium heat.
Dip stew meat in mixture of flour, salt and pepper and place in pan to brown about 10 minutes.
Add tomato juice to pan along with potatoes (diced) and cabbage.
Add finely chopped onion and mixed vegetables.
Cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes to insure all vegetables are done.
