Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with soup bone (beef), 1/2 gal. water, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/4 tsp. thyme, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put soup bone in pot of water.
Add salt, pepper, thyme, parsley and tomatoes.
Cook and simmer for approximately 2 hours. Add other vegetables and cook for another hour, then add 1 large bag of frozen mixed vegetables.
Cook for about 30 minutes. Serve with loaf of fresh baked bread and enjoy.
