Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. potatoes, diced, 1 c. cabbage, chopped, 1/2 c. carrots, sliced, 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves and 1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place all ingredients, except tomatoes, in saucepan.
Cover and boil gently for 10 minutes.
Break up tomatoes.
Add to vegetable mixture and continue cooking until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
