Vegetable Soup
Vegetable Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can mixed vegetables, 1 can green beans, 1 can potato soup and 2 cans tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown ground beef and drain fat.
In large pot, add 2 cans of tomato sauce, vegetables (drained), green beans (drained) and can of potato soup (leftover potatoes or instant potatoes may be used) and ground beef.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Let simmer for 30 minutes.
Add water as needed.
Serving for 8.
