Vegetable Simone
Vegetable Simone is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. sliced carrots, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. sliced broccoli and 1 c. cauliflower tops, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Slice and chop carrots, green pepper, celery, broccoli, cauliflower tops and water chestnuts.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley flakes, minced onion, dill weed and celery salt and mix with vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
Top with croutons and cheese.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or covered in 300° oven for 45 minutes; add cheese 15 minutes before baking is finished.
